91. Cease Operations of DeLoach Towing Co, Inc. (Tallahassee, FL) 
DeLoach Towing Co., Inc. towed my car from a non-designated towing area. Once I realized my car had been towed, I contacted an employee at DeLoach and was told that the fee was $80 and that we could get pictures of the car from a printer at DeLoach Towing. When we arrived at DeLoach at approximately 10:00 pm, the employee stated that the pictures from the digital camera could only be printed from a computer which was in the owner's locked office. We told him to call the owner and then said that the owner was on his way. We waited for 50 minutes after the employee called the owner and then discovered the owner was not on his way. At this time (11:00), we were told we could not get a copy of the pictures. The price apparently increases to $105 after 11:00. While I was inside ready to pay with a police officer, my father in-law took the car because he thought we were paying. DeLoach said he was stealing the car and that we could not pay (I own the car and was driving the car the night of the incident). The police brought my father in law back from a gas station a couple blocks down the street to DeLoach and DeLoach towed my car back again. Miraculously the owner was able to make it down the street to the gas station from accross town, but could not go two blocks farther to his Company to print the pictures. We were charged $210 by the end of the night. DeLoach charged us for two tows.
The Police said they should only charge us for one incident which they believed should not have occurred in the first place by viewing the pictures on the digital camera. From our conversation with the police, the police get calls from DeLoach more than any other tow company in Tallahassee for unfair business practices. Not only is this company practicing unfair business acts, but they are wasting the Tallahassee Police Dapartments valuable time. The Police arrived around 11:00 pm and we finally left DeLoach (with $210 less) after 1:00 am.
We at Hartline Airboats and all other airboaters think this bill is unfair and unruly for just the airboaters. You are taking away our rights as airboaters. This is a way of life for a lot of people around Florida. This Noise ordinance will shut down all of the state rescue boaters.
Five Cubans are political prisoners of the United States. They suffer an injustice in different American jails. They are the victims of injustice handed out by the traditional enemies of Cuba, the extreme right wing of Miami and Washington. With fraud, pressure and maneuvers they were able to get the jury to indict them for espionage, even though it was never proven and even though in the trial the accusers recognized that they had not gained any intelligence secrets nor were they responsible for the shooting down of the two planes.
It is a crime to convict 5 heroic persons who, without ever resorting to violence, without injuring anyone, were carrying out the duty of gathering information on Miami terrorist groups and their plans against Cuba. They were treated inhumanely by a corrupt Miami court system, and are now confined in five different jails in the United States.
Almost a year after their arrest, cynically, the grave charge of murder conspiracy was leveled against them, relating them to the shooting down in February of 1996 of the two planes over international waters. Planes under the command of Jose Basulto, a shadowy Miami figure that was involved in the Bay of Pigs invasion, and a terrorist who, in 1987, had machined gun a hotel on the coast of Cuba. It can be added that for years Basulto and his band of pirates had violated Cuban airspace with full knowledge and tolerance of US authorities.
94. Objection to the Board of Directors, Galleon Condominium, regarding shutter ruling
The unit owners of the Galleon Condominium Apts. located at 4100 Galt Ocean Dr. Ft. Lauderdale, Florida object to the Board of Directors passing a ruling that all unit owners are required to attached Hurricane Shutters to their units.

97. Don't Ban Reptiles in New York State!
Acting under pressure from animal rights groups such as the HSUS, ASPCA, and PeTA, NY State has proposed to ban the keeping of "exotic animals", including reptiles as pets throughout its territory. It claims in Assembly Bill A07375 that "across the country, children have been asphyxiated by pythons" and that reptiles are a threat to the health of people because they carry Salmonella.
However, these supposed threats to public health are negligible. If a reptile is properly maintained and its keeper practices an appropriate regimen of personal hygiene, the threat of the reptile transmitting Salmonella is nonexistent. Also, as John Coborn, a noted herpetologist, once said, "it is easier to get Salmonella from the supermarket chicken roaster than from your snake."
The allegations of children being killed by pythons across the country are also incorrect. When a reptile escapes, it rarely hurts anyone, as any respectable herpetoculturist will tell you. If it does hurt or kill someone, that person is almost always its owner. Finally, most people bitten by snakes were drunk at the time.
When a wild animal hurts someone, it is not usually a snake, and some say these bills were spurred by Serval Cats scratching people.
I am not saying that reptile owners should not be required to have permits; several states require this. Florida is one such state. Reptile owners in Florida are subject to inspections by the Fish and Wildlife Commission, and this system seems to work well for everyone. I am only saying that we should not ban reptile keeping outright.
98. Stop acknowledging Socialism as a form of goverment
Socialism has come about because a few people not in touch with reality think the world can be totally peaceful if we become a one world order, have no use for currency, everyone gets the same amount of everything, people work for humanity instead of money, and are totally against war and death. Granted this is a list of a few things that the world socialist movement has planned, it's still enough to put me up in arms.
The Socialists believe that if the world is one nation there won't be segregation or hate between people. They don't realize we will always have segregation even if not forced as it is the way it has always been. We as humans instinctly group with the people who we fit in with and no matter how much they wish everyone could get along, it just won't happen. A socialist world would only work if everyone thought and acted the same, which we don't. We all have different opinions on what is right and wrong and thus we do not think alike but in some common ways.
In a socialist world we would have to ban religion, sports, television, movies, art, music, and opinions in general. I brought this point up with a socialist once and he said that was stupid and absurd and that there would be no reason to do such a thing. Let me tell you, I am from Gainesville, Florida home of the Florida Gators and our rival is Florida State. When the two teams play eachother the fans become like soldiers with their team being the general.
The same applies for everything and thus hatred is born. It is IMPOSSIBLE to live in a nation without segregation, hate, and death no matter how much you would like to think differently.
As I also mentioned they think everyone should be given the same amount of personal belongings as the next person and health care should be given to everyone. Granted I agree with the latter statement I also realize that if we have six and a half billion healthy people walking around this world and no one dies off, the next generation is going to be huge and the following generation will be larger and keep in mind you still have the original six and a half billion people on the planet too. The world would fill up fast. The socialist solution to this is to move to other planets. Yeah great so we destroy the galaxy so we can keep growing in numbers instead of moderating our birth habits.
The socialists like to think they have the problems of the world solved but the fact is their method is just as destructive and they don't even realize it. So I ask that we stop acknowledging Socialism as a form of goverment as all it is is a sublime. It's a beautiful idea but deadly at the same time and just not practical. Please sign this petition to end the socialist movement.
