1. Fix Missouri's property tax structure 
Changing Missouri's property tax structure so we tax the land instead of the building will take away the disincentivization of improving property that the property tax structure causes.
Within 3 days, July 31st 2012 and August 2nd 2012, there has been 2 young men who have passed away due to accidents that have occurred on highway 8. Dustin Peers, who was 18 years of age and Chase Hudye, who was also 18 years of age.
These young men still had their whole life ahead of them and now due to an accident that could've been prevented, they don't get the chance. To prevent any other tragedies from occurring, please, help us twin highway 8.
3. Stop ACTA Before it Stops you
Don't take my word alone for what ACTA is really threatening. Go look it up. Search it on google. Look at the injustice. We must fight for our right to have privacy on our personal computers. We should fight for our right to not be monitored every time we switch on our computers.
Just because a few people with deep pockets are angry with the internet, doesn't mean that the government has the right to take away our constitutional rights.
Like I said don't take my word for it, go see what the news and your searches and everything else tells you.
4. Fix Our Roads In Grandview, Texas
The roads in our town are full of potholes and are tearing up our cars. They are also unsightly.
We have a ice town with good schools and wonderful neighbors.
Please make our town a place that looks as nice as it is.
Dover bridge is a safety hazard and is falling apart day by day. It causes traffic on a 50 mph road to slow down to 30 mph just to get across.
The state is building a new bridge on Matthews Town Road and the bridge that is currently there is 100 times better then Dover Bridge.
You can see the concrete falling apart from the bridge as you drive across.
FIX THIS BRIDGE NOW!!!!
6. Fix the Manila's LRT speakers!
- LRT speakers are busted or foul sounding.
- Everytime I get on it, I am ashamed of the sound that comes out of it.
- Person speaking on the speakers can hardly be heard and is very unprofessional (I am ashamed of tourists getting on the MRT).
7. Fix The Playstation Trophy Syncing
Ever since update 2.40 (2.43) with the trophy updates people have been eagerly waiting for some trophy games. Now at least every person who has a Playstation 3 have got a least one trophy game.
Now I like to compare trophies with my fellow PSN buddies. But I can't at this momment in time since there is an error. Please fix it.

9. Fix our nova scotia schools
I am just a parent of three children. My top priorites for them are that they are well fed, clean, healthy, safe and they succeed in school. Everything else falls in somewhere after these priorities are met.
I followed with interest the Nunn Inquiry and was encouraged to see that the Commissioner saw fit to include four recommendations out of a total of 34 that are directed toward education in Nova Scotia. The following is a list of the 4 recommendations, copied directly from the report itself:
Recommendation 31
The Department of Education should ensure that there is additional
training for teachers and administrators on best practices in assisting
students with attention deficit and other disorders, along with
adequate funding for assessment and early intervention of students
with these disorders in Nova Scotia schools.
Recommendation 32
The Department of Education should consider additional funding
of initiatives to develop and sustain programs and supports that
encourage “school attachment” for students at risk, either within the
regular schools or in dedicated, alternative programs. Without
limiting this recommendation, as particular examples I recommend
that:
• the department should consider the introduction of and targetted
funding for junior high support teachers throughout the province; and
• the department and Halifax Regional School Board should
continue and expand their respective “Youth Pathways and
Transitions” programs. 292
SPIRALLING OUT OF CONTROL
Recommendation 33
The Department of Education, in consultation with the school boards,
should identify effective measures aimed at enforcing the school
attendance provisions of the Education Act and reducing the levels of
truancy in Nova Scotia schools.
Recommendation 34
The Department of Education, in conjunction with the Province’s
strategy for children and youth at risk, should provide Nova Scotia
schools with adequate space, staff, and programs for in-school
alternatives to out-of-school suspension as a disciplinary measure.
The Nova Scotia government has recently announced it has accepted all 34 recommendations and has invested an initial 3 million dollars to get started.
This petition is to let those in government and at the school boards know that we,the people take this seriously, that we are watching and that we want quick action and immediate results.

Rather than sit back with my fingers crossed, hoping the government will do what they say, I've decided, as a parent to do something by starting this petition. You can do something by signing it and sending it to everyone you know. We are all stakeholders in education.
