1. Hire Justin Wilcox for Head Coach at Auburn University 
The football program at Auburn University is in need of a fresh start and new energy. In two short years Auburn has gone from the number 1 team in the country to the very bottom of the bottom. Our great reputation has been damaged by controversy and now is the time for a fresh start.
We do not need to be hiring other coaches who come with their own controversy or who have all failed to put together a winning team in their coaching careers. Let's get someone with the skills to coach and the energy and desire to win.
Justin Wilcox has been a huge success as a defensive coordinator and assistant coach. In just one season at the University of Washington he took his team from 116th in the nation in pass defense to 9th. Since his career began, every team he has worked with has made record improvement in defense.
Football is in his blood, his dad is Pro Football Hall of Famer, Dave Wilcox of the SF 49er's. He is ready to take the lead on a big program and Auburn is in need of a winning defense that Justin Wilcox can provide.
We can hire a new head coach who has HUGE success as an assistant, but who has never had the job as head coach. No record of failure and no controversy, together Auburn University and Justin Wilcox can create a winning football program for many years to come.
He's a young 35 years old and has the skills and energy to make Auburn University number 1 again.
As fans of the Anaheim Ducks, we've stood for mediocrity for too long. Bob Murray must be removed as the General Manager of the team.
Murray has been able to keep his job so far because of situations that looked upon him favorably. Most notable of those being Corey Perry's MVP, the change of coaches from Randy Carlyle to Bruce Boudreau, and the strong draft picks.
However for every positive there are series of negatives: the bust of Andrew Cogliano; allowing Francois Beauchemin to walk away, only to acquire him again at a higher price; the recent signing of Sheldon Souray; and the destruction of the relationship between organization and Bobby Ryan.
This can no longer be tolerated or supported.
3. Reconsider the Failure to Renew Dawn Dempsey's Employment
In her career at St. Francis de Sales, Dawn Dempsey has been one of the most influential and loved teachers in the history of the school. The Mission Statement of the school says it strives to educate young men in the spirit of St. Francis de Sales, who tells us to "Be who we are and be that well."
Ms. Dempsey facilitated this individualistic development both in and outside the classroom second to none. Her ability as a teacher enabled students who struggled to rise above their limitations, and students who excelled in the classroom to realize their full potential. She ensured her students developed in a disciplined environment while creating a fun atmosphere that encouraged an excitement for learning and a deep pride for St. Francis.
Ms. Dempsey is deeply entrenched in St. Francis tradition. Through her shining example and instruction, young men better understood what it means to be a Knight of de Sales. She sacrificed her time and money for her students, but it was the deep interpersonal connections she forged with all members of the St. Francis family that truly made a lasting impression.
This petition is meant to show our support for Ms. Dempsey, and challenge St. Francis to deeply reconsider their motivation for not asking her to come back, and to be fully forthcoming regarding the decision.
4. Stop Racism In The Healthcare Industry - Equality in Nursing
Racism is on the rise. USA Government needs to take further steps to protect the rights of it citizens.

Sarah Wright had been the education director for Mobile Symphony Orchestra for 9 years. The MSO education program has been nationally recognized for its excellence. The board of directors has fired her without giving a reason. Because of this she has no way to defend herself. She can't even say, "I didn't do that."
Beyond doing great work Sarah also set a positive example for the kids with her attitude toward her work and her community.
6. Review Huntcliff Homeowners Association Practises
Our homeowners president has fired our managment company and his hired his own company and has been getting paid. He and the board who consist of his friends voted for this action. Some on the board are in business with him. He has given the landscaping for our subdivision to his company as well and has just asked for more money. This is against our by-laws and covenant.
7. We want The Woody Show back on the air
You have to know by now, that The Woody Show is off the air. They were FIRED for playing a clip of a new Green Day song. They we're giving the listeners what they want and were promoting a band from the Bay Area.
Plain and simple, Live 105 doesn't care what the listeners want.

We did feel part of the "club” and we want it back.
We need to help protect the single parents here in America. Why is it we have laws so that gays, different races, and disabled people cant be discriminated against but we have nothing to protect the single working parents of America?
Why is it when you are employed and you miss to much work for taking care of your children that your employer can let you go? Maybe that is why welfare is so high in America.
Who is encouraging single parents to work and get off welfare when they can get fired for raising their children.
Let's stop this from happeninga nd help the single working parents be able to stay off from welfare.
In recent Events an RA of West Wall has been fired and removed from the building for what we the residents feel is an unjust reason. Mark Heany an RA of West Hall was fired from his position as an RA from the building for gambling. We feel that even though it maybe wrong to gamble and its good not to promote it, it is unfair because he was playing for fun, which makes it like any other card game.
We feel that firing was rash and could have thought he could have been dealt another punishment. We feel that we were robbed of a friend and a person we feel we can trust to talk to in the dorms if we have problem.

11. Deny wages to U.S. Senators and Congressmen
While now we are hearing of how many times John Kerry has not been present to vote on certain issues; we must not allow our Senators and Congressmen to collect their salaries if they fail to show up to vote.
Our tax dollars pay these people. No American company would continue to pay employees who did not show up to work.
"THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT"
We tax payers demand our Reps to do their jobs. If you fail to show up to vote three times, you must be fired, recalled or whatever it takes to get you out!
12. Re-Hire Mrs. Rahila for the Y.M.C.A.
Re-hire Mrs. Rahila for Durham Elementary School Y.M.C.A. program. She was fired and falsely accused of transporting children in her vehicle. Also, accused of spending time with some of the children's parents after hours. Re-Hire Mrs. Rahila for the Y.M.C.A.
13. No Coach No Team
Wednesday Feb. 4 Franklin Knights basket ball coach got fired. All Franklin students would like to have him back in our Franklin family. If you sign this we will get one step closer.
The manager's wife goes in to people's apartments when they are not home.
15. Benitez must go!
Enough is enough, we as Mets are tired of the way that Amondo Benitez blows saves. As fans that pay the wages of the players we would like Mr. Benitez traded or fired. Here are some of the stats of Mr. Benitez.
1996 ALCS- pitching for Baltimore, Benitez blows 2 saves against the Yankees while accumulating a 7.71 ERA for the series.
1997 ALCS- pitching for Baltimore, Benitez blows 3 saves against Cleveland while accumulating a 12.00 ERA for the series.
1999 NLCS- blows the save in Game 6 against the Braves- Kenny Rogers eventually walks in the winning run.
2000 World Series- game 1 versus the Yankees- enough said.
2001- the Mets post 9-11 miracle run at the playoffs in which they cut the
Braves' lead in the East from 10 games to 2 games in 3 weeks. Facing the Braves in a pair of do-or-die series in which the Mets could have tied or taken the division lead, Benitez blows 2 saves in six games, all but eliminating the Mets from playoff contention.

16. Bring back Sean "The Man of Steel" to WJJO Radio
Sean The Man of Steel was apparently fired from WJJO radio in Madison, Wisconsin. He was, of course, the coolest radio dj ever, and we feel that his being fired was unfair and unreasonable. So we are making this online petition!!!
