In August 2005 - A TWISTED teacher jailed for downloading 11,000 vile images of children is masterminding a website for paedophiles from behind bars. Disgraced chemistry tutor Nigel Oldfield, 44, plays “agony uncle” to perverts who log on to the site, which justifies paedophile activities and demands sex with children be made legal. The site also advises paedophiles on how to download child abuse images without being caught.
Now released not only does the pro-paedophile ex-teacher still run blog's for that give advice to other paedophiles but he spends a great deal of time harrassing survivors of child sexual abuse on facebook, by using fake profiles. This man is a clear danger to children and should get a immediate internet ban
Oldfield was arrested in August 2002 after a shopper saw him taking pictures of children in Sheffield’s Meadowhall shopping centre. Police then discovered child porn images on computers at his flat in Doncaster. Oldfield, was head of science at a Derbyshire school in the summer of 2002 when, over a three-week period, he collected abusive images of children/babies in several 18-hour internet sessions.
He set up the website, which the Mirror has chosen not to name, while out on licence after serving eight months for possessing child abuse images. The site was axed in May by internet service providers after a police probe and Oldfield’s probation team ordered he return to prison. But now he has managed to restart it and Oldfield is in contact with fellow perverts on the running of the website, which offers a mobile number and an email address to offer one-to-one “support”.
He is also campaigning to lower the age of consent to 12, and to legalize indecent images of children

Sometimes on facebook you see a dumb post or comment. We need an additional way to express the stupidity of our friend(s).
In summery it's a good way yo sum up things on facebook and make things easeyer on facebook.
34. Stop Cyber Bullying Among Crafters
I Angela Holt have been in the crafting industry for 13 years. I have fallen victim for the past 5 months to Adult cyber bullying from grown adult crafters in this industry. Many of you have read my story.
Due to this behavior and vicious antics these people have taken, I have had to close down my store, my blog, my twitter, my live show for 3 years, my ning site and more. The crafting community on a professional level has gotten a bad taste in their mouth and have found it a risk to work with me due to the constant phone calls and harassing emails that were sent to each company and sponsor I was associated with by these women claiming me as a fraud, as scammer, not sending out products and any other fabricated lie they deemed fit to tell.
They have also claimed all my work to be copyrighted and stolen. They have taken every avenue to to destroy me in order to feed their vicious vindictive childish sick behavior.
My rep, my business and my crafting career has all been compromised.

The Gray Wolf is a species of wolf recognized as Endangered by the US Government and Extirpated by New York State. This species of wolf’s numbers have dropped as low as 150 per state due to destruction of their natural habitat and and hunting wolves for game.
Using donations, our organizations goal is to help spread awareness of the growing issue of this endangered species, and encourage people to help preserve and save these wolves from being killed and lost thanks to human indecency like so many species have been in the past.
36. Stop Facebook Recommendations based on your Account Information
Facebook is hypocritical.
They tell you you may not send a friend request to people you do not already know, but they turn around, share your account information, and use it to recommend possible Friends to add, Pages to follow, Groups to join, and even People to POKE.
Stop the Big Brother mentality and tell Facebook enough is enough.
37. Facebook: Change your reporting policy
Currently, facebook policy allows someone to anonymously report content on another person's facebook page. Summarily, facebook will make a decision to either remove the content or leave it up.
The problem with this policy is there are people who will report content for reasons other than violation of facebook standards. There are those who will report content because they are mad at the person, jealous of the person, for spite and countless other reasons.
The main issue here is the fact that facebook policy does not have a provision for the person who has been reported to defend themselves. Your content is simply removed and should facebook choose to, you are blocked.
This is an extremely unfair, one-sided policy that allows for bullying. When someone reports another persons content with no requirement for an explanation as to why and that person has their content removed and are blocked based solely on another persons actions. That is bullying plain and simple. Bullying is basically one person imposing their will on another with no regard for that person's wants or needs. Help to change this policy by signing and sharing this petition.
The instability of the political situation in Egypt may deteriorate if women's rights are not stipulated within the new Egyptian constitution.
Whichever regime rules Egypt must respect women's rights.
39. PROTECT THE VICTIMS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN SRI LANKA
At the request made by the mother of a child sexual victim, the Judge at the High Court in Sri Lanka (Case No 39/2004), made a recommendation to the Attorney General to withdraw the indictment.
After considering all the facts involved and in view of the sheer severity of the damage that could cause to the victim in this particular case, the AG agreed to withdraw the charges. Unfortunately the news papers published the details of the case including false information violating the child's right to privacy and confidentiality, totally destroying the intentions of the courts and causing immense damage to the victim and her family.
This secondary victimization has severely damaged the victim without giving her the opportunity to rebuild her life.

43. Tell Facebook to ban the sale of animals!
Facebook is allowing the sale of animals on their site. Groups have set up their site so it is private and you have to request to join them.
It is done very secretly so that the public cannot see the transactions and comments. If you happen to disagree with these people you are removed from the group as I have been!
It is a well known fact that backyard breeders are making money on the sale of these poor animals. These breeders do not care about the welfare of the animals; some of them living in appalling conditions and are very neglected. Tell Facebook to shut these groups down!

Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 does not prohibit social network casinos from accepting online payments for "virtual money", yet these sites continually take payments and tighten the games worse than actual casinos. They have horrible customer service, if any.
45. Tougher Sentencing For Knife Crime
Too often we are hearing that Knife Crime is being used as an everyday occurrence, this can be that victims have been held up at Knife point during a robbery or a left scarred by being slashed or in the most heartbreaking of circumstances the victims loss their lives through being stabbed. Harsh as it sounds this is an everyday thing.
If the Government changed the sentencing on these individuals by making it tougher then we may save innocent victims in the future. How can you say a life sentence is 16years? It has to be put up to 25-30years before Parole for murder. It may deter others from thinking" it is ok to use a knife i will be free in 8years".
The families that loose loved ones through Knife crime live a life sentence as they never will get the chance to see hold or speak to their loved ones again, why should these people be allowed back on our streets.

The entertainment industry suffers from profit-hunger like never before. Movies not made, shows cancelled, decisions made by people who care about money, and not about quality and artistic value.
Several examples could be made from any branch of the global entertainment industry, from music to (video) games, but for obvious reasons, they will be not named. It is enough to know that we all could mention something dear to us that was cancelled, declined, dropped... destroyed.
Knights of the Crystals is not an imax movie with a billion-dollar-budget, it is a facebook game. The purpose of such games is to entertain, and KotC fulfilled this duty at it's best.
It has a unique system, the only real collectible game that can be found, not to mention the beautiful and immersive artwork.

The Banks are foreclosing on Homeowners using Trust Deeds that are suspicious or voidable without due process, The Reverse Mortgage bankers are robbing the heirs of their inheritance.
Bankers or using robo signers in deceptive practices marked at subprime loans that originated to fail without a remedy of recovery and the people was forced to bailed out the banks now why didn't they bail out the people. This must change!

52. Stop Denmark's Blood Shame !
Every year the famous and intelligent Calderon dolphins in Faroe Island in Denmark are slaughtered and the main participants are young teens.
WHY?
A celebration, to show that they are adults and mature! In this big celebration, nothing is missing for the fun. Everyone is participating in one way or the other, killing or looking at the cruelty supporting like a spectator.
Is it necessary to mention that the dolphin Calderon, like all the other species of dolphins, it's near extinction and they get near men to play and interact in a way of PURE friendship.
The dolphins don't die instantly; they are cut 1, 2 or 3 times with thick hooks. And at that time the dolphins produce a grim cry like that of a new born child. But he suffers and there's no compassion while this magnificent creature slowly dies in its own blood!
53. Abolish law "felony non support"
The Government has enacted that it is a "felony" to "owe" child support in almost every state. In most states, If you were ordered to "pay an amount" in the "time stated", and failed to do so, and the amount has compiled to $5,000.00 or more in arrearages, that you are guilty of committing the crime of "felony non-support" punishable by up to 4yrs in prison.
There is NO DEFENSE of record to this charge, that even if you are disabled and cannot pay, you are guilty of the crime. This law needs to be abolished as it is frivolous to the rights of the people. The law by design was created to "extort" money from families, and to fund its institution!
54. For rape to be treated with the same seriousness as racism or homophobia on sites like facebook
Currently facebook has options to report content on the grounds of racism or homophobia.
I believe such protection should be extended to content that refers to rape.

Facebook has no option to report material regarding sexual violence and does not seem to include comments in this category as qualifying under 'hate speech'. Instances of rape are rising worldwide. Available data suggests that nearly one in four women worldwide may experience sexual violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime (WHO, 2002). It is estimated that 1 in 6 American women are raped and 500,000 rapes are committed annually in S.Africa, where 37% of men admit to raping a woman. Conviction rates remain despicably low; eg. in Scotland the rape conviction rate is at 3%.
This is not a joke and it is not acceptable for facebook to liken these comments to ‘pub jokes’ or refer to them as legitimate entertainment, as they did in a recent statement. Facebook has previously removed images of women breastfeeding and from this we can only assume that they consider breasts to be more offensive than rape.
Facebook has user Terms and Conditions which are clearly being breached-but this has triggered no consequences for the perpetrators.

57. Repeal Prison Term For Iranian Student Mostafa Akhavan, Sentenced For Facecbook Activity
Mostafa Akhavan, a student pilot at Tehran Aviation University and a member of the National Trust Party, was sentenced to a year in prison by the Revolutionary Court, Branch 15.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Judge Abolqasem Salvati presiding over the Revolutionary Court, Branch 15, has sentenced Mostafa Akhavan to one year in prison on charges of acting against national security, propaganda against the regime through activities in Facebook, publication of news related to the Green Movement, membership in Facebook, issuing calls for illegal gatherings, conducting interviews with overseas media and sending email messages and articles to websites and networks opposing the regime.
Mostafa Akhavan’s sentence issued on June 15, 2011 has been suspended for a period of five years since he has no prior convictions.
58. Peticija za oslobođenje generala Ante Gotovine i Mladena Markača
General Ante Gotovina je osuđen po devet točaka kao sudionik "udruženog zločinačkog pothvata" na jedinstvenu kaznu od 24 godine zatvora. Mladen Markač osuđen je iz istih razloga na 18 godina zatvora, s tim da je u obzir uzeto njegovo zdravstveno stanje.
Politicka presuda nije bila presuda samo hrvatskim generalima, već cijelom hrvatskom narodu te našoj djeci i unucima. Ovakvom presudom se kažnjava cijeli hrvatski narod zbog svoje neuništive želje za slobodom!
U slučaju Hrvatske se dešava po prvi puta u svjetskoj povjesti, da se
sudi državi koja je pobjedila u OBRAMBENOM ratu i od agresora i okupatora oslobodila prostore unutar priznate i suverene države.
Hrvatski generali su dobili veće kazne nego generali okupatorske vojske, koja je počinila pokolj na raznim mijestima suverene i priznate hrvatske države ili susjedne BIH. Sjetimo se samo Ovčare i Srebrenice....
I na kraju, pravi je paradoks da nam se sudi u Nizozemskoj, čija je vojska dozvolila pokolj 6000 osoba koji su bili pod njihovom zaštitom i zastitom zastave EU. Sve su to stvari koje se dobro znaju, ali novine ne pišu konkretnije o njima. Najmanje što možemo učiniti protiv toga je potpisati ovu peticiju i pokazati da svojim imenom i prezimenom stojimo iznad nepravde i obmane međunarodne zajednice i njihovih marioneta u hrvatskoj politici, koje će povijest upamtiti kao izdajnike hrvatskog naroda i države!
