92. No Confidence Votes Against Obama-Biden

The 2009 Obama-Biden administration has already demonstrated their intent is to release confusion, discord, distrust, and an attack against the American people and the U.S. Constitution, itself.

Whereas, before they have even been installed into the Office of President and Vice President, they and many of their supporters have continued to disregard and disrespect the Constitution and the American traditions, values, mores, and God.

Whereas, while our military are fighting on foreign shores and at home to protect our rights, their families and ours are being systematically stripped of all rights.

Whereas, at a time of severe national crisis with people losing their jobs, healthcare, homes, and basic sustenances, Barack Obama has not ceased to publicly and arrogantly flaunt his multimillions of dollars purportedly received in multiples of dollar contributions during his electoral campaigns, his own having started in 2004, at the Democratic National Convention and did not end until the November 4, 2008, Presidential general election.

Whereas, Barack Obama has stated many times that, as President, he will form a coalition government of local, national, and international partnerships to decide issues for Americans with him.

Whereas, Barack Obama has stated his plans are to create a participatory form of governance rather than the constitutionally mandated representative form of governance by a sitting Congress, and such actions, if he is allowed to follow through, would facilitate a constitutional crisis of monumental proportions and forever change this nation's credibility at home and abroad as a sovereign democratic Republic and leader of the free world.

Whereas, Barack Obama has proved by his actions that he has no love of God or country, and he has no respect for authority, except his own.

Whereas, Barack Obama has no administrative or military experience and we are a nation at war, but he is not stable and decisive when called for.

Whereas, we do not believe Barack Obama is committed to protecting, preserving, and defending our constitution, by his failure to adhere to even the election laws with impunity and without accountability to anyone and that must no longer stand to be the case.

And,

Whereas, all citizens of this nation, whether natural born or nationalized, we have the right to expect our elected leaders to uphold their vows taken when first admitted to those sacred halls of government. And, no less shall we expect, also, from the President of the United States of America.

93. Federally Outlaw Euthanasia

My three main arguments against euthanasia are that it might created a slippery slope effect towards legalized murder, it has many moral issues tied to it, and creates many ethical concerns including the doctors Hippocratic oath and prohibition against killing.

94. We Demand True Conservative Leadership

WE DECLARE that Republican leadership while in the majority during the Bush 8 years failed. Now in the minority, Republican leadership has improved, but still falls short of true Conservative leadership.

WE DECLARE that Republican politicians have compromised Conservative values in favor of "reaching across the aisle" in the name of "bipartisanship" to "get things done in Washington." In doing so, these very politicians have damaged this nation, weakened the Constitution, and done harm to individual freedoms.

WE ASSERT that the Republican National Committee has failed to advance and articulate Conservatism. We claim that by so doing, the RNC has done harm to the Conservative movement and thus to the party itself.

95. Vote Against BailOut Supporters in Congress

The United States Congress (is on the verge of approving) HAS NOW APPROVED an enormously expensive and hastily considered bail-out of our financial system just weeks before an election to choose a new president and a new congress.

A deliberate and carefully considered determination of our economic future properly resides with the next administration and the next congress, who should not be saddled with hastily drafted bail-out legislation.

The politicians and bureaucrats who were not capable during the last several years of foreseeing or forestalling the current "economic crisis" are not likely to be capable of resolving that "crisis" on an emergency basis.

96. Balanced bailout needed

It is not a surprise to any American that keeps up with the news that the financial crisis we are now experiencing was coming for a long, long time and now that it's here, Congress is being asked by Treasury Secretary Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to pass a 700 Billion + bailout of the same companies that were complicit in the creation of the meltdown of the financial, banking and mortgage sectors without taking any measures to help middle America.

97. Vote of No-Confidence in Nancy Pelosi

In response to our massive energy crisis, Nancy Pelosi refuses to budge from her blocking of off-shore drilling.

Instead of steering a responsible course towards locating new sources of oil until alternative energy sources can be developed further, she advocates tapping into our strategic oil reserves, a spendthrift measure that steals the future from our children and affords only a very short-term benefit for the present.

Instead of cooperating with the White House to develop a responsible energy policy, she demeans our system with outrageous personal attacks and divisive political maneuvers in an intensity never seen before.

Please vote your lack of confidence in Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi by signing this Petition.

America- Put down your guns and listen to us for a while.

America - I think your wrong.

America- I will turn off my T.V. i don't need your insane messages anymore.

America - I have my own thoughts i would like to explore now.

America - Why do you want me dead.

America - I don't think we should block our borders. I don't want to live like this

America - I think you are the breed of terrorist in the world.

America - Why do you want me to hate man.

America- I know what your up to and i don't want to be know as you

America - If i was god i would look at you as the devil.

America - You have gone to far I can't listen to you anymore.

America - Why do you look at the word love as a four letter word

America - I think it's time we all leave you. We are having a bad relationship it's not good for the children.

America - I hope after we are gone one day you will find all of us and maybe then you will be one of us.

I think it's time we all should start being proactive and assertive in taking our civil liberties back. We can start with that, then we can work on getting other things back from the government. Peace

It is time to fire the liars.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is
for good men to do nothing" .
--Edmund Burke
U.S.C. TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47 § 1001.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, WHOEVER, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by ANY trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or USES any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry; shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to a party to a judicial proceeding, or that party's counsel, for statements, representations, writings or documents submitted by such party or counsel to a judge or magistrate in that proceeding.
(c) With respect to any matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch, subsection (a) shall apply only to—
(1) administrative matters, including a claim for payment, a matter related to the procurement of property or services, personnel or employment practices, or support services, or a document required by law, rule, or regulation to be submitted to the Congress or any office or officer within the legislative branch; or
(2) any investigation or review, conducted pursuant to the authority of any committee, subcommittee, commission or office of the Congress, consistent with applicable rules of the House or Senate.

SO HERE IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO

The Bush administration and their friends in the media want this story to go away. More than want it to go away, they are in a panic, and will do everything they can to stop it. They will use every dirty trick, every paid shill, every presstitute that they can. Already there is a report that the Michael Jackson jury is "expected" to reach a verdict just before the Conyers hearings.

So, I want YOU to copy this article off, post it everywhere. This article is placed in the public domain. Mail it to your friends. Then send it to your local media and your Congresscritters and have everyone you know do the same. Get on the phones. Flood their offices.

The term is "Viral Marketing" where you get the people who need a product to market it for you. Well, this nation NEEDS this "product". It needs to know that this war was started with lies. INTENTIONAL lies. And they need to know there is something they can do about it, and that is to start pounding on the doors of power.

Because when a flood of such messages reaches the Congress and the media, what they will hear is that there is no more time. Either they will deal with these lies and the liars, in full, or they will lose all credibility as a government and as media.

A government that lies to the people cannot be the legal government of this land. Make sure that they understand that YOU understand that the Constitution does not allow the government to lie to the people. Calling themselves the government does not make it so if they act unconstitutionally and illegally. The Constitution is the original "Contract with America" and a government that lies stands in clear breach of that contract.

THE TRUTH ABOUT HALLIBURTON

HALLIBURTON MIDDLE EAST CONTRACTS: CHENEY CONNECTION

“… the Pentagon findings on Halliburton overcharges are likely to fuel the allegations of favoritism, especially since it was revealed that the firm had been granted the contract to manage Iraq's oilfields, valued at up to $7 billion, without competition and without any bidding. Cheney's name inevitably surfaces

“Cheney(‘s)… links to Halliburton… have drawn intense scrutiny because he ran the company for five years and was given a $33 million payoff when he left to run for office. Before joining Halliburton he was secretary of defense, and in a position to know about and grant Pentagon contracts. Halliburton's military work has expanded over the past decade...

“During the decade of Halliburton's extraordinary growth, Cheney was the defense secretary for four years, from 1989-93, and then the chief executive of the company for five years, from 1995-2000.

“As vice president, Cheney has maintained his contacts with energy-industry executives and solicited their views in developing US energy policy. The secrecy of those contacts - which the White House refuses to divulge - is the subject of a US Supreme Court lawsuit.” - Halliburton Unscathed by Overcharge Flap

HALLIBURTON MIDDLE EAST CONTRACTS: WHISTLEBLOWER

In October of 2004, Bunnatine Greenhouse called the Halliburton Middle East contracts into question…

“… Greenhouse said that when the Pentagon awarded Halliburton a five-year $7 billion contract, it pressured her to withdraw her objections, actions which she claimed were unprecedented in her experience.

“… the Army gave the no-bid contracts to Halliburton's subsidiary KBR for political reasons. Greenhouse charged that contracts were approved over her reservations, some of which were handwritten on the original contracts, and extensions of contracts were awarded because underlings signed them in collusion with senior officials without her knowledge.

“Greenhouse claimed the Army… violated ‘the integrity of the federal contracting program as it relates to a major defense contractor’. ‘Employees of the U.S. government have taken improper action that favored KBR's interests,’ Greenhouse wrote. ‘This conduct has violated specific regulations and calls into question the independence’ of the contracting process.” - Halliburton Contracts Illegal - But Bush Busts The Whistleblower

101. Fair Sentencing for Crack Offenses

In an annual report sent to Congress Monday, the US Sentencing Commission announced it had amended federal sentencing guidelines to lower the sentences imposed on people convicted of federal crack cocaine offenses.

Unless Congress takes affirmative action to block the move, it will go into effect on November 1. The report also urged Congress to address the 100:1 sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine sentences.

Under the controversial crack laws, people convicted of distribution offenses involving five grams of the drug face five-year mandatory minimum prison sentences, while it takes 500 grams of powder cocaine to trigger the same penalty. Similarly, someone convicted of distributing more than 50 grams of crack faces a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence, while it would take five kilograms of powder cocaine to get the 10 years.

102. Help Pass Laws to Give Rights to Voyeurism Victims

My ten year old daughter was excitedly awaiting her 11th sleepover birthday party. While she and her friends were enjoying what was supposed to be an exciting night, her father secretly set up a video camera in our bathroom and video taped these girls using the bathroom and undressing.

I found the tapes upon cleaning and when I saw what was on them a friend and I called the police. The police took the tapes and a year battle in court pursued with his lawyer committing stall tactics. He had control over all our assets and when he finally got a slap on the wrist and was sent to jail for less than a year, we are told we have no rights, he was able to take all our possession and leave us about to be homeless and no monies to start over.

The law has no rights for victims under these circumstances and we were told to "shut up and move on with your life". While he was going through courts he was able to work two jobs and do a few episodes of Rescue Me. My daughter and I are scraping by to find a new home and were left with a great debt while he doesn't have to do anything for us! The law is treating us like criminals that, we made our choice by reporting him and now we have to except the circumstances.

Please I beg you, he got a slap on the wrist and we are the ones who lost everything! The lawyers have told me that it's not worth a lawsuit cause he doesn't have to comply(he never complied with all the stipulated agreements) I want justice and we keep getting places in front a stone wall!

105. Homeless Petition for REAL AID

WE THE HOMELESS OF AMERICA, seek justice and reform in social service programs and grants offered up by the government which are currently involved within the issue of the Homeless. We seek also reform within criminalization of those without homes, those who are staying in cars because of lack of housing, lack of money and or money not being used to obtain real homes for those on the street so that they can get a real start again in America.

The Homeless are forced into the street, are being told when there is no shelter programs available that they can not go into parks and or stop anywhere on the street without criminalization.

Because they get no money and are afforded nothing within the same measure as United State Programs allow those from foreign nations we are seeking that a special investigative panel be appointed to investigate allegations of fraud mishandling of state and federal grants and also place more money into housing aid and financial assistance without bias, and or creating criminalization via identifying those on the streets which has make homelessness a label to criminalize instead of offering real assistance.

106. National Homeless Awareness Day

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

In a given year 3.5 million Americans will experience homelessness. 800,000 men, women, and children are homeless each night in this nation.

The homeless population is 49% African-American, 35% Caucasian, 13% Hispanic, 2% Native American, and 1% Asian. 40% of the male homeless population is veterans. About 16% of the homeless in the U.S. have severe chronic mental illness. From the 1960's to the early 1980's, 367,000 patients were released from mental institutions, and ended up homeless for lack of having anywhere to go.

About 26% of the homeless population suffers from some form of drug or alchohol abuse. The National Coalition for the Homeless found in 2001 that 42%of the homeless population are employed by day labor agencies, characterized by low pay,no health insurance,no job security and inadequate worker protections.

The federal government says affordable housing should be no more than 30% of a person's income. In 1999, the national two-bedroom housing wage was $11.08: in 2006, the national housing wage was 16.31, a 47% increase. The lack of affordable housing is widely considered to be the main cause of homelessness in the United States today.

All eight Democratic contenders for the United States presidency have attacked President Bush's policy in Iraq.

Speakers urged the president not to veto a bill passed by both houses of Congress which sets a timetable for withdrawing US troops from Iraq. The Democrat-controlled Congress passed the bill narrowly despite Mr Bush's repeated threats to veto it.

"We have given the Iraqi people the chance to have freedom, to have their own country. It is up to them to decide whether or not they're going to take that chance," said Senator Clinton.

111. Congressional Seats for Washington DC and Utah

The United States Congress is currently considering a bill that would allow the District of Columbia to receive one Congressional District and Utah a 4th Congressional District.

This is seen as a political trade as Washington, DC currently does not have a regular member of Congress and would likely vote Democrat. Utah missed receiving a 4th Congressional Seat after the last census in 2000 by about 800 citizens and would likely vote Republican.

According to Article I Section 2 of the United States Constitution it is clear that Congressional Seats are reserved for States. The current proposal to grant a Congressional Seat to Washington, DC is not allowed by the Constitution. In fact, during the 1970's this very act was proposed though it was handled correctly: An Amendment to the Constitution was proposed.

We are greatly concerned by the manner in which Congress is handling this. By acting to "amend" the Constitution by simply changing Federal Law a precedent is being set. A precedent that leaves our Constitution vulnerable to whimsical changes. We do not support that precedent.

I should personally add that I am a resident of Utah, the very state that would be granted another Congressional seat in this effort. We would love another seat in Utah though we want it done properly. This petition does not take a position on the merits of Washington, DC receiving a Congressional District other than if it happens it should be done properly: by a Constitutional Amendment.

115. Stop Credit Checks for Employment

July 22, 2006

More and more when you apply for a job you have both a criminal and credit background check. Employers have the right to deny you of a job because of your personal credit.

I think this should change. I think the a criminal background should be allowed but nothing based on your own personal credit.

There are a number of factors some of which are out of ones control that can damnage a persons credit.

In doing research I found that employers can base you get a job that you have the experiance and skills in on your credit. On a certain website I found "In some cases, you may want to investigate a potential employee's credit history. If the position you are trying to fill involves handling cash or otherwise managing you buisness assets, a credit check is essential. Inablility to managae personal credit and finances doesn't mean that an individial will have similar difficulties in a business setting. However, it is objective evidence of how the prospective employee has managed his or her assets."

There are hundreds of reasons why peoples credit becomes messed up such as a becoming ill, a child or relative becoming ill, divorce, lay off, thats just to name a few.

I want to make this stop America and I need your help. This is why I'm having this petition because people should be able to get any job not based on there credit but based on there skill and ability to preform the job.

July 8, 2006

Since the United States Supreme Court decision from the Hamden Vs. Rumsfeld suit appeal affirmed that international treaties are indeed applicable to the current international conflicts that the United States has embroiled itself in, no call for an investigation into who is responsible for an apparent breach of US and International law has been made.

There are over seven million americans who are involved in cults, or cult-like groups.

There is hardley any money used to help cult victims, or research cult tactics, which would prevent people from joining a cult. If this petition goes through, money will be used to research cults, and educate the public about them, so that they are more informed.

The goal is to help cult victims, and prevent people from becoming one.

120. Support Oil Drilling in ANWR

May 24, 2006

Energy, economy & national security go hand-in-hand. ANWR represents nation's best geologic prospects for major new onshore oil discoveries, and only the 1.5 million acre (8 percent) on the northern coast of ANWR is being considered for development.

The remaining 17.5 million acres (92 percent) of ANWR will remain permanently closed to any kind of development. If oil is discovered, less than 2,000 acres of the Coastal Plain would actually be affected - or less than half of one percent.

Please take a moment to help secure our nation's energy independence by signing our petition. When you are finished, visit us on our website, http://action.anwr.org/.
