Petition Tag - cheating
1. Drug free sports in our schools 
Poway High School and many other schools have a serious drug problem with our students. One way to help control it is too establish boundaries. Playing sports at any high school should be a privilege.
We have set rules on maintaining good grades to be able to remain on a team and with that comes report cards to keep that rule in place. We also ask our students to sign a sports contract to comply with being drug free but we have no system in place making sure that contract is upheld.
Mandatory drug testing through out the season in each sport is necessary to insure our athletes are remaining drug free and with that comes severe consequences for athletes who are not upholding that contract.
2. Support Football Video Referees
This petition is a response to the injustice felt by the lifeblood of football, the people who support their club/nation, the people who sustain an industry with their tireless support, the people who own the game, the football fans.
We are seeking to eliminate the cheating which is blatantly obvious to the majority of people watching the game, but all too often goes unnoticed and unpunished by the referee and their assistants.
“Winning is without value if victory has been achieved unfairly or dishonestly”. This is an extract from the Fair Play Golden Rules, and does not seem to tally up with many examples of victories achieved unfairly and dishonestly such as; Thierry Henry handling the ball and leading to a goal which ultimately stopped the Republic of Ireland reaching the world cup - Rivaldo’s play acting which lead to the sending off of Hakan Unsal and a winning penalty scored by Rivaldo, and Ultimately winning the World Cup – Maradona’s ‘Hand of God’ which knocked out England and ultimately led to Argentina winning the World Cup.
Surely a great deal of value was gained by France, Brazil and Argentina in the above instances of unfairness and dishonesty.
Players have a duty towards their own country/club and therefore can only be expected to do everything they can to win. If the option is there for them to make a split second decision to cheat in order to gain an advantage, it is inevitable that they will take the chance.
Something must be done to both deter and correct this.
3. FIFA must video review the Ireland vs France Qualifier
On Wednesday 18th November Ireland was robbed of its chance to qualify for the world cup by a blatant and obvious foul.

This is for the proud Scottish fans that have been done for when watching their nation get put out of the euro from one shocking ref.
5. STOP RANDOM RESTOCKS AT NEOPETS.COM
On February 28, 2002, Neopets.com began random shop times, making it harder for people to purchase items from the shops. This procedure was put into place to prevent the use of autobuyers, thusly making their site further addictive. Neopets needs to realize that the reason people are cheating is because they, THEMSELVES, have made items so hard to buy, that cheating/scamming have become big problems.
Neopets.com needs to realize that if items were more readily available and affordable, this problem would cease. Punishing ALL players by making a more complicated buying process and random stock times is ridiculous, the answer lies within better HTML coding, and more available/affordable items. NOT IN PUNSIHING EXISTING PLAYERS.
