As good neighbours people should not have to subjected to unsociable behaviour, loud music, damaged property, threats, drunken outbursts.
We should be able to live our life quietly and peacefully not be scared in our on homes.
We, the undersigned call on Fife Council and other housing associations for zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour and not have to wait months often years for anti-social tenants to get away with what damage they are doing to the good tenants.
