WOU Weak Syllabus, Tutor, Service, Quality Control

The weakness of wou:

Flexible on subject select:
There are little course available in each semester, some are crash with class, or exam, and 15 credits hour max

Weakness of Tutor:
Tutor always ask back student question, and do wrong teaching and weak presentation on the subject, or lacking knowledge for the related subject. Yet, some of them do no responsive for students question or a briefly word to answer

LMS:
The forum is sleepy, student question posting in forum got no or slow response from tutor or cc. The most of the time, are no one reply it

Facilities in RO:
It is all depends, wou always focus in PGRO only, the other branch i can see that the facilities are quite different and many speech are hold on PGRO or KLRO in sometimes. The lab pc stil using windows XP(windows 8 beta, IE 9, already release, the outdated or without lesson software are installed not properly). Internet service is quite slow and provide no WIFI area

e-library or student resource:
The elibrary is useless, even it is quite many kinds of e-library, students also found no use for it. As, it is quite little resource and outdated book in library. Some links also unaccessible.

Service in wou:
I can say all the staffs are so kind but they are helpless. As everyone not clear about how the system go, and administrative procedure. Some say this, some say that. No one can promise the correct thing. When enquiry in email form and approach to RO..Always get with 2 different answer. No people incharge in RO is a serious mistake. They always ask to refer to PGRO. Students pay the same fees but why everything must go through the main campus first. They are not standardize in system and procedure.

Quality of course material:
The are lot of mistakes in notes, exam paper, answer sheet, cd,,Things are repeated in each semester for each subject. But no one notice and alert it. Related cc should immediately correct it even it is a small mistake. But everyone just left it. The correct thing should someone monitor the course material before it pass to students. In the end, students will become the one who are smartly to remark and digest the notes.

New system launch with improper:
Turnitin report and soft copy notes are created lot of issues. After a semester, students still cant accept what wou provided..Problem is there, but solution no out...
