Background (Preamble):
We believe that a deal has been struck between with Tranmere Rovers to sell off their present training ground at Inngleborough to a housing development company and intend then to take over the running track and surrounding community playing fields in Woodchurch.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call upon Wirral Borough Council and Tranmere Rovers not to use the Woodchurch Running Track as a new training facility but to turn it over to the Woodchurch Commmunity to be run by the community, for the community.
