The homeowners want quick and concise improvements and maintenance requests to be be addressed, responded to and completed.
Specifically we want improvements to be made at the playground, to include the volleyball court, playground, and lighting. Maintenance to sidewalks and and streets. As well as a link and form on the spectrum website where residents can request improvements and maintenance be done.
We, the undersigned, request for immediate action by the homeowners association to the aforementioned improvements and maintenance.
