Where are the checks and balances? Why harass and harm the public through the abuse of the National Security Agency’s surveillance? What happened to respecting human rights? What about the Constitution of the United States? Show Google, the Universal Music Group lobbyists and those other entities that do not demonstrate respect for lives and properties that that is unacceptable.

Cellicia Hunt believes that having an investigation is important in order to understand why she was mistreated and to prevent further persecution of others here in the United States. On the Federal Bureau of Investigation website (www.fbi.gov) it states, under Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights), that “This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States…”

During 2011 to 2012, Cellicia Hunt was an International college student, single mom, singer and songwriter living in Florida. She has one son, who is currently with her sister in New Jersey. She has sought to acquire assistance in resolving a matter of maltreatment that possibly began in 2010—2014, but has been unsuccessful. From 2012 to 2014, Cellicia has called, emailed and mailed in documents to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, local police departments, Department of Justice and the FBI, explaining some situations that she endured. She later wrote the book “Pressing Past Pain: Lessons learnt” to communicate her thoughts regarding her challenging experiences.

Originally, she believed that what she endured was as a result of her connection to the Music Industry. However, she says that representatives, from President Obama and the secret organization (involving Google, the Universal Music Group lobbyists and others), among who were actors or gang members, have made attempts to covertly harass and threaten her health and well-being and that of her family, Christians, associates, other citizens, residents and nonresidents. Based on things said during some of these events, she also knew that she was being watched and her phone usages were being abused—before Edward Snowden shared information about the National Security Agency’s surveillance and the collection of metadata for phone calls with the public. She was visited at church and hospitals by these representatives. She received harassing phone calls and messages on her cell phones many times. Her efforts to use the internet and her Gmail accounts were hindered and abused on several occasions—plus it is known that Google collects personal email activity. She believes the hindrances were set to prevent her from showing the truth about her situation and the fact that sometimes those in authority make up stories about innocent people to cover their illegal activities. She has been psychologically and emotionally assaulted in Florida and physically assaulted in New York—in 2012 and 2013.

Her grandmother who was a Medicare recipient, interestingly, died in 2012 of cancer on a day she believes she was scheduled to. She believes her son, other family members and friends have been threatened in an attempt to intimidate her. At the Florida Medical Centre, she was visited by actors or gang members that many times shared bits of their knowledge of her families' addresses and contact information.

She believes persons were used to hinder her police reports and made efforts to formulate stories about her. A police officer ignored her report and recorded that she was crazy. There were several other report attempts but some of those were not as clear at the time, as she did not understand why she was going through the situations she was facing.
