The big food corporations like, Coca-cola, Monsanto, Cargill, Nestle & Kellog (just to name a few) are keeping us in the dark!
The billion dollar industry controls what Americans eat while the government continues to show their support by allowing them to operate in SECRECY! Follow the money to the White House, USDA and FDA; the food industry has no accountability for the items they deem "edible" that are making Americans sick and diseased!
One of the most dangerous products are those containing GMO's or GE's (Genetically Modified or Engineered ingredients). This means the food and/or ingredients are made in science labs-NOT NATURAL or healthy by any means.
President Obama signed a new bill betraying the American people's trust, allowing the #1 corporation in the food industry to remain UNTOUCHABLE. No court or legislature can force them or other companies to label their foods or change their growing practices.

Food Commodities are grown with many types of dangerous synthetic hormones, and chemicals, then taken to laboratories to be converted to a myriad of processed items using more synthetic chemicals. You know some of these products high fructose corn syrup, flavorings for your Doritos, Coffee beverages, or soy protein. It is estimated that more than half the foods we eat are genetically modified or engineered.
The American Academy of Medicine (along with other credible researchers) state, "the more severe consequences of consuming GMO’s is was discovered through animal testing. The findings were “cancer, immune deficiencies, type II Diabetes, organ and gastrointestinal problems-some leading to cancer, and infertility.”
The Genetically Engineered Food Right to Know Act is a bill forcing all food companies to operate with transparency, cease misleading us with terms like “organic,” or “natural.” Best of all this bill would require all food corporations to label their food as a “genetically modified or engineered product” if only 1 ingredient was modified by human hands/in a lab. This is one step toward helping consumers not only understanding what exactly it is we are eating, but help us make a more informed decision by reading labels. It is our rightvto have the choice.
Having been reject in Congress 2x thanks to the $70million spent by Monstanto, Cargill, Pepsi, (and countless others) to block consumer efforts, we need your help.
