West Point Playground Restoration

We, the undersigned, petition the Township Supervisors of Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County PA to restore land situated between Westland and Fairfield Drives (in the WEST POINT plan) to an active playground. This land is designated by law as recreational area and should be available to the citizens as such. We call upon the supervisors to act upon this request, allocate funding, plan, contruct and otherwise oversee a usable playground.
