Petition Background (Preamble):
The Department of Natural Resources has stopped the public from feeding the deer unless you have a permit and fall with in the guidelines.
Petition:
We want to be able to feed the deer in the winter as much food as we want especially on our own property. We do not feel it is right that DNR can come on to our property and tell us what we can and can not do.
