High light bill needs to be reduce to under 2.5 percent, sewer, water, trash need to be reduce. Ditches and drenches needs to be replaced and clean out with safe secure fences and open passageways to keep the flow of the water that may cause flooding.

Health insurance should be affordable for all workers if not the employee’s should able to purchase insurance through another provider. Bring in more business into the city will benefit the city & create more jobs for the citizens. Taxes for car & houses: If your house/car meet the requirement for antique than you should not pay tax or pay the minimum required and be classified as historical or antique.

For houses/cars that pays taxes should only pay taxes at the minimum amount payment basic on the age/value of the house/car at an affordable percentage. Neighborhood watch should be in all areas to keep our community safe, educational programs for kids after school will show positive action for our kids, more daycare basic on income and meet state regulation, clean up your area “day” to better your community, recreation for all ages, job replacement programs & training. The citizens nor the city money should not be used for any candidate election campaign.

Money from the city should be limited in cost pretending to anything that is not for the use of the city. These are some of the issue that we as the people will like to address and better our community / environment.
