The developer Geyer Morris is proposing to bring a mixed use development project to the corner of Broad Street and Hwy 287 that will create a place for residents to shop, dine, entertain and live.
The current proposal for phase one of the development includes high end retail, a Dr Pepper Stars Center, a parking garage and 330 luxury apartments. This development will be a tremendous benefit to our city and make it a destination for residents of Mansfield and surrounding areas. Please support this project by signing the petition.
