We the People of the United States of America declare:
WHEREAS, Congress has excellent health care benefits, and all Americans deserve the same;
WE HEREBY DEMAND that:
1. Congress pass legislation giving all Americans the same health care benefits as they have, or
2. Congress should be stripped of all their current health care benefits.
