Paracale Water District took the management of Barangay Batobalani managed Water System approximately 30 years ago. Ever since the PWD failed to improve the quality of water being consumed by the majority of barangay populace.
The reservoir itself, did not have improvement and it is still open air, everytime there is a heavy rain, the water that is coming out from the faucet automatically becomes dark.
The time has come for our dream of having clean and safe drinking water.
We, the undersigned, call on the Municipal Government of Paracale and Paracale Water District to give us the water we deserve.
