A public meeting was held on Thursday 10th March 2011, attended by local community members in support of a new high school for students in the Warnervale area. From that meeting a steering committee was formed, with representation from local schools within the area.
A new high school at Warnervale will not only benefit the students in the Warnervale area but also help alleviate overcrowding for students enrolled in the surrounding High Schools.
We need your support, by coming along and attending upcoming meetings and by signing this PETITION.

The Petition of certain citizens of New South Wales, brings to the attention of the House that there is an immediate need to commence without any further delay the necessary planning work, including the purchase of suitable property, for a new public high school at Warnervale on the Central Coast.
The undersigned petitioners therefore ask the Legislative Assembly to request that specific and concrete steps be taken for the development of the new Warnervale public high school, and that provision for it be made in the forthcoming 2012/2013 state budget and the forward estimates.
