US Government MUST be held responsible

We, the undersigned, are demanding that the US government help these shelters and the animals monetarily. The US government has caused this problem and they should be held accountable for their actions. Due to their (the US government) negligence, many animals will suffer. Please help in their struggle for life!!!!
