URGENT - Coroners Laws - we the bereaved deserve justice
Petition Background (Preamble):
The rights of the bereaved not being given yet this is required by Law. Along with Coroners intimidation & the I.P.C.C lack of independent monitoring, ( over 100 honest lawyers walked out because of their corruption, lies & non impartiality ).
The police failure creates a domino effect in these Sudden death investigations which then snowballs to the pathologist, coroner and returns to the I.P.C.C. as a complaint. The perverse power to protect their own is unbelievable / unforgivable.
Bereaved families should not be subject to this abuse / lack of duty of care by HM departments! The only crime that they have committed is to lose their loved one!
Under the new Laws being considered now what we need is a fully qualified, totally independent, Chief Coroner. To oversee all the relevant parties / Government bodies that are involved with sudden / tragic deaths. Also abolishment of the I.P.C.C, which consists mainly of former ex Police Officers, where is their independent judgement!
Bereaved families, under the current system, not only lose their loved ones they are subject to intolerable behaviour by the Government parties mentioned who continue to fail / bully / abuse / lied to them.
Action needs taking now, to prevent future victims in this situation from these inadequate and potentially fatal investigations. We have lost too many of our friends who were victims of these present Laws to suicide. This is YOUR opportunity to change this situation.
