Background (Preamble):
The old beach jetty has been around for a long time,and is a very popular place to cool of in the summer and also to go boating/fishing.
its now getting to that stage where not many people are using it as it is slowly falling apart and is unsafe in some areas to use.
ITS NOW TIME TO ACT!!! to get this upgraded.
