Background (Preamble):
I was Frozen probaly because i was,,, wait, let me make a correction... the account i use on neopets, was advertising a hack site that was used to hack my account. I am very, very sure of this.
Petition:
The account created named as leehoon on the website http://www.neopets.com had the owners computer hacked in order to find the cookies that contained the password and was used for his/her purposes that allowed neopets to freeze my account.. We say Jihoon was Unrightfully Frozen on neopets!!
