Weinstock Porter Development proposes to construct a one-story, multiple-tenant commercial building with a rear surface parking lot. The subject site is an approximate 24,428 square foot site consisting of two contiguous parcels, located on the southwest corner of Truman Street and Maclay Avenue within the City of San Fernando, California.
The proposed project will bring well respected new retailers to the city for its residents to enjoy. The architecturally pleasing project will create new construction jobs, ongoing operations jobs and new tax revenues for the city.
We the undersigned residents of the City of San Fernando request the City Council approve the project at 1100 Truman Street proposed by Weinstock Porter Development.
