Trial for Shayne Clousing to prove innocence from terrorist accusations by government

I am being accused of terrorism by the us government i have documented facts to support this. They have turned my family and friends against me. I cant find a lawyer to represent me, and i cant get employment even from companies who have called me to work for them in the past, everybody claims they have no record of me applying.

My mother and girl friend and several others i will not name here have witnessed the actions against me. They have even convinced my ex girlfriend to write a bogus protection order against me with no threats stated in it at all. When i told my lawyer about it she told some one and it has been revised 5 times since then with only one threat stated, the funny thing is i had been on the road with my father as an over the road truck driver at the time of the accusations and i have the log books and load information to prove it.

The patriot act is being used unlawfully against me, as far as to even threaten to kill me while i was fishing by myself with no witnesses around. After there was no credible evidence to support a protection order they tried to discredit my word and charachter by having me commited to saint lukes in sioux city, iowa for a mental health evaluation, after 3 days of a 72 hour mental health evaluation dr. Muller concluded i have no mental health issues. I have these documents stating these facts. Now they have gone as far as going door to door telling even several of my friends i am radical, and gay, and an extremist and racist, and to watch out for me. Three of my friends confirmed members of the secret service and fbi have spoken to them but will not write a statement till i can get a trial so they cannot be arrested for breaking a gag order. But they will let the whole world know at trial when im proven innocenr. According to cambridge scholars there are 6 basic fears of modern man they are as follows fear of poverty, which is why i cant get employment anywhere but with my father or mother, fear of old age i think is irrelevant at this point, i' m 34. Fear of loss of love - my ex girlfriend and son have been taken from me also family members that wont speak to me after what has been said to them my grand father michael mc donald, and evan haglung who is also a civil rights activist as examples. The fear of poor health. I have been sick only a handful of times im my life, till this all started now everytime i search a restaurant or a truckstop to eat at i end upwith food poisoning or somekind of illness, recently in goldsboro at the huddle house restaurant at the down east truck stop i traded meals with my father an he became very sick diarrhea, and weakness with extreme chills. Very hard for a team to run a semitruck with one person. The fear of criticism, i get very bad looks every where i go now.

I hear people say "thats him" and "parents telling children thats not a nice guy", i can point these people out and i know where they live i can show you. And of course the fear of death. I have been threatened with everything from a fatal accident to poison, to incureable illnesses to people that i dont even know. When i went into the treatment center for my 72 hour 3 day evaluation i was told that they had to draw blood by the sac city sherrifs department to check for drugs, unfortuneately i knew the person that took my blood and was told by her it wasnt a drug test, they were to get a sample of my dna. Just recently i was threatened that if i took my old attorney to the iowa supreme court that they had my dna and anything could happen, i was also told that if i didnt shut my mouth that the doctor has drugs that can make me babble like a baby, and asked me if i liked vegetables. I am not afraid to give out this info on any documet to the public, because if you use this info you will be questioned extensively by some form of law enforcement because my info throws up a red flag.
