Item 6) Konduktor
Konduktor hendaklah terdiri daripada pelajar ahli pasukan Wind Orchestra Sekolah Berasrama Penuh dan Sekolah Kluster.
Item 8) Penghakiman
I Keputusan Panel Hakim adalah muktamad dan sebarang bantahan selepas pertandingan tidak akan dilayan.
II Panel Hakim berhak menganugerahkan Anugerah Emas kepada mana-mana pasukan yang melepasi npiawaian markah yang ditetapkan.
Kami mahukan Festival Wind Orkestra Sekolah Berasrama Penuh dan Kluster sistem pemarkahan yang lebih transparent yang dianjurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. . Berikut adalah draf format pertandingan yang dicadangan.

Item 6) Konduktor
Memilihan konduktor boleh terdiri daripada guru muzik, instruktor, tutor, bekas pelajar atau pelajar Wind Orchestra Sekolah Berasrama Penuh dan Sekolah Kluster.
Item 8) Penghakiman
i-There will be a set of 1 chief adjudicators and 4 adjudicators and 1 accountant.
ii-The chief jury should assign a adjudicators to evaluate following criteria for their performances. (Technical ability-40%, Musicality / Interpretation 40% and Performance -20%).
iii-There will be 5 perspective marks from each adjudicators. Final result will be the average marks given by conservative 3 adjudicators marks (most extreme lowest and highest marks consider unvoid), rounded up to 2 decimal places and announce the each of each Division
iv-In the case of a draw between two or more bands, the Division winner will be decided by adjudicators’ vote.
v-All decisions made by the adjudicators are final.
