We hereby represent to the Indian Railways to have trains connecting Tambaram and Bangalore, via Kancheepuram and Arakkonam.

We Recommend the following:

1. A night train between Tambaram and Bangalore, and vice versa, everyday having the following route

Tambaram-> Kancheepuram-> Arakkonam-> Katpadi-> Jolarpettai-> Bangarapet-> Bangalore

Bangalore-> Bangarapet-> Jolarpettai-> Katpadi-> Arakkonam-> Kancheepuram-> Tambaram

2. A day train between Tambaram and Bangalore, and vice versa, having the same route as furnished above.

3. Festival special, summer holidays special, to serve extra rush.

4. The above service may be extended upto Chennai Egmore so that the passengers from the city can board or alight from Chennai Egmore or Mambalam stations.
