Background (Preamble):
There was a very bad accident on 96th Street and Pinecreek Way at the Pine Ridge Estates subdivision entrance on August 27th, 2007.
This is the second such accident in the last few months.
It is impossible for pedestrians to cross 96th street or cars to make a left turn onto 96th street.
To avoid serious injury and/or death it is imperative a stop light be installed.

Petition:
We, the undersigned residents of Pine Ridge Estates and other interested parties, request a stop light be installed at the entrance of our subdivision on 96th Street.
