This petition is respectfully requests that the Towers of Key Biscayne put the window replacement project to membership vote, irrespective of any previous board vote conducted either before of after the termination of Al- Farooq Corporation, the structual engineer of the windows project.
This petition does not promote or deny the need for new windows, nor challenge any law. This petition simply asks that the membership vote on the most expensive special assessment in Towers history.
For privacy reasons, a resident can sign the petition anonymously, thus his/her name will not be displayed to the public. However, when the peitition is submitted to the Board of Directors the name of the resident will appear.
Please one vote per unit, and owners only. However, tenants should forward the petition to their owners.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Towers of Key Biscayne Board of Directors to put the window replacement project up for membership vote;irrespective of any previous board vote conducted either before of after the termination of Al- Farooq Corporation, the structural engineer of the windows project.
