No one would disagree that nature has its place, but that place is outside.
There are plenty of options available to those who wish to look at flowers: parks, gardens, florists - a simple image search on Google should satisfy even the most nature-obsessed - so why the need to curtail the enjoyment of those of us who look forward to eating our lunch in the company of Tim Wonnacott and his team?
The BBC cancelled Bargain Hunt so that the Chelsea Flower could be inflicted on us. This can not happen next year.
Apart from The Antiques Roadshow, Cash In The Attic, Four Rooms, Bargain Hunt, Dickinson's Real Deal, Antiques Road Trip and Flog It, there are no antiques shows on British terrestrial TV. It is WRONG to cancel ANY of these in order to cater for people who like nature. Please sign and pass on.
