It has been a long period of time since the Royal Government of Laos retreated due to the communist take over.
The former figures of Royal Laos Government who fled the Kingdom of Laos to Thailand and other countries, had formed various political organizations to struggle against the communist regime and the Vietnamese communist domination in Laos, but they are fragmented as piece meals they have not been united and ineffective fighting to gain freedom in Laos.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Government of the United States of America, and the International community, including United Nations (UN) organizations to reconvene all members of the Paris Peace Agreement Treaty Accords, the Geneva convention Agreement Accords on Neutrality of the Kingdom of Laos, and the Geneva Peace Agreement Treaty Accords on Indochina, due to violations of these Peace treaties by the North Vietnamese Communist and Lao People's Revolutionary Party's Regime of LPDR.
Enforce the United States Congress Resolutions No 169, 240, 309 and 318, and the European Community Parliamentary Resolution condemning the LPRP Regime so as to respect the Human Rights of the People of Laos, and call for immediate withdrawal of all Vietnamese occupying Armed Forces and all Vietnamese immigrants and settlers and return all the subsidized farm land to the Lao people, whose land has been unlawfully confiscated.
