Time 4 Action Against Lime

This petition is for LIME subscribers across the Caribbean who are in support of a class action law suit against LIME for compensation for the unsatisfactory telephone services we have been receiving for far too long.

It is time to take action and stop suffering in silence as we do too often in the Caribbean.

If we do not pay our bills, LIME will cut our service off without hesitation. Yet LIME is allowed to get away with providing unacceptable service for many years without accountability.

We are paying for service and we are not receiving it. If not for the fine print which allows LIME to get away, this would tantamount to fraud.

For the past 8 weeks, my internet service has been disconnecting 20 - 50 times per day. I work from home and this has a devastating impact on my communication and credibility with my clients. I am loosing business and money because of LIME

Deregulation was supposed to improve the telecoms in the Caribbean but is has not. LIME continues to treat us the same way they did when they had the monopoly.

If consumer protect organisations do not step to the plate and demand change, than we have to take matter in our own hands.
