Body piercing & tattoos have been around for centuries. It is a form of body art & shows ways of expression. I find it in NO way form or fashion harmful to anyone.
I feel that as a parent my approval to body art is important and because of it no school authority should have the right, to discriminate against my decision. Punishing a child at school by expelling, in school suspension, or after school suspension is wrong.
I stand up to not only for my child for this discriminating act but for others as well. Any form of body art does not have anything to do with my education. I wish whoever made this decision will have respect to other people's decisions.
We the people of public views independently state our opinion to the right to express ourselves in any form or fashion as long as it's not harmful to ourselves or others.
I feel that body piercing should be allowed anywhere as long as it don't interfere or cause any harm toward anyone, in school let's focus on our children safety & education.
Not there way of expression especially if it's not hurting others nor ourselves. If anyone agree that our kids should be allowed to wear there body piercing to school please sign this petition to help.
