Background (Preamble):
Recently the city of Duncanville has claimed that the red 1990 Leberon sitting in my driveway is a public nuisance and must be removed. The City also claims that the car has been partially dismantled and is inoperative.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, feel that the car is not a nuisance and this is an attempt by the city to waste tax money on hassling its property owners.
