February 4, 2004: Facebook launches and gender options are scarce and limited to just Male/Female.

February 13, 2014: Facebook launches limited gender options (50 options which don't include Sandwich) and forces users once again, to pick those options.

This petition will fight for the option of identifying as a Sandwich on Facebook. There seems to be the implication that Facebook does not care, cannot fathom, or isn't yet aware of all/the complexity of its users' gender types.
