The Lol state should be changed to Aweil West State

Dear Mr. President and the Government of South Sudan,

I(We) thought your decree statement of reforming the South Sudan ten states into 28 states and the appointing of their governors at the press release of late year of Dec. 2015 was excellent and we the Aweil people are so grateful for your generous efforts to liquidate a situation which has embarrassed our newly born nation and for giving what all citizens of South Sudan are yearning. Your plan is on the hook for it's appreciated and welcomed by many Communities in the country. We the Madiing Aweil people are at highest percentages appreciating your decree statements.

However, I(we) the citizen(s) of Madiing Aweil on other hand whether in diaspora or at home is/are assuring you that the name given to some of our communities by naming them as Lol state surprised our attentions because it is inappropriate for when we foreseeing this exclusiveness of some Aweil people from the known union name "Madiing Aweil" and defining them under Lol state and Raja as their state Capital without linkage Lol people to the name associated them to Aweil under one union, will bring big disunity and dishonoring of our heroes who died defending the breaking apart of "Madiing Aweil" people, and may leak in an inner conflicts of boastings over the name amongst the communities in which the history may later reveal that there is not association of Lol with Aweil when one in Lol state may proclaim that he/she is Madiing Aweil as well, but the name Lol itself will never be seen having any association with other two Aweil states since the words Aweil and Lol are total two different meanings. Lots of bulling one another may appear to the future Aweil people who will never have any idea of what was done wrong in history.

Those under the inclusiveness of Aweil base on their compass mapping, may proclaim the definition as real Aweils whereby those under exclusive from the umbrella of Aweil may have a doubting proclamation with arguments that may leave no loving, but hatred as what have been argued so many times by Bor people of which some said they are real Bor, or Bor Twic while others denying and bulling the proclamation of other brothers or sisters. Though Bour never get in fighting and to themselves over this name "BOR", big hatred is built amongst them over the definition of wanting to find out who are the real Bor?. That mistake might have come about like what is happening to Madiing Aweil people right now.

We don't need the kind of hatred that's happening over names in other communities to face our children of Madiing Aweil if future history may redefine itself 50 years from now.

We need to have a linkage that will for now and forever united these communities under one Union name of which one will be able to find and defend his/her originality from the compass mapping bases since "Aweil" will stay as core.

If your authorities got the map that define Aweil East and Aweil Center states, why there shouldn't be Aweil West state from the map where they found East and Center as well Mr. President?

Therein, I/we the Aweil citizen(s) need to retain our pride of Madiing Aweil name under one union that's all long have kept us in the greatest unity compare to any other states in South Sudan. So please Mr. president, we are requesting your authorities to rename the so called Lol state as Aweil West state and in when our children tomorrows come, we will briefly and shortly tell them that all these Aweil States such as West, East, and Center were once under governorship and so as their union still alive though rule by three separate governors.

As you, every government officials, are every community in South Sudan are already aware that Aweil area is where the peace, unity, Love, Integrity, and heroic fit in real definition than other communities in South Sudan due to their unbreakable relationships through intermarriages amongst all tribes and communities in surrounding, appointing Raja as a state capital is not our appealing issue. We believe that the Aweil people are well oriented of how to build good relationship with any different ethnics, but therefore just need a replacing name of Lol state for Aweil west state and keep Raja as her capital.

Mr. President, we are not trying here to proclaim that Mading Aweil name is tribal pride name as some may claim and should remain as it is, but it’s the name changes that bring all tribes in Aweil areas together under one umbrella whether Luo(Jurchol), Dinka, some Paletha tribes, and many other tribes that attached or involved in intermarriages with Aweil tribes.

We, the citizens of Madiing Aweil which can never be mistaken as one tribe, but as the combination of Dinka, Luo(Jurchol), and Paletha tribes are at that point agreed with the decree of breaking up of our Madiing Aweil into three states, however, disagreeing with the misnaming that is given to some of our territories as Lol State of which in the future reference will confuse coming generations because they would never see it as part of Mading Aweil if the exclusiveness of Lol state from rhyming "AWEILDIT" still exist.

To retain our Aweil people union in rhythm and as all citizens have agreed with the creation of 28 states, we are petitioning the name change to what your administration approved as Lol state for Aweil West State.

We are for-sure writing to you in opposition to the plans you have apparently approved some Aweil communities and named them as Lol state with Raja as capital because we the people from these territories have viewed this is as another way to separate and destroy our unification name/theme and have opened windows and doors of disunity and dishonoring amongst the inclusive and exclusive communities from our Rhythm "MADIING AWEIL".

This is for sure will affect our future generations as what happens in 1980s when some Aweil’s territories with all her citizens such as Mulo Awan Chan, Raja, and other ethnics that closer to Wau were disconnected from paying their taxes to aweil town, but were diverted to pay their tax payers to the nearest towns of Gogrial, Wau, or Raja of which today those ethnics never would proclaim to have been part of Aweil originality.

The Raja of which today is approved as capital of Lol state whom we still seeking it name change for Aweil West state was part of Madiing Aweil and we are so delightful that Raja with all her ethnics attaining it has just come back to the union of her origin Madiing Aweil, because this century the distance is easily executable by roads mobilities.

We the citizens of Madiing Aweil as a whole with all those many tribes involved have overviewed this case and appealed it for the sake of retaining and keeping our unification alive in one rhyming sound "MADIING AWEILs OYEE": Aweil West Oyee!, Aweil East Oyee!, and Aweil Center Oyee! And so as the tomorrows generations pick up our heritages from where we landed peacefully and lovingly.
