Management at Elm Creek Apartments is trying to force residents that use the garages (inside and independent standing) to be used for their vehicles only.
In the lease it does state that you are not allowed to use these for storage and you must park your vehicles in them. But not allowing people to even put their bicycles in there is absurd.
We are asking that Management rethink the guidelines for garage spaces. There are alot of families with young kids that have bicycles.
To not allow a person to put these items in the garage is wrong. Especially when the complex is right next to park with miles of bike trails in it.
