TALF Term Asset-Backed Loan Facility Program:
The concept is to provide a family income floor to generate enough income to place all families above the poverty level through a Loan Program similar to the Federal Reserve TALF Program. Instead of giving zero interest loans to corporations or hedge funds, they would be given instead to families to purchase long term bonds or similar investments to generate a floor of income to stabilize families. This would be tax free and earnings from working would provide more discretionary income for other savings and investments and purchases.

We, the undersigned, call on the UN, BIS, FED,and Congress to strongly consider this idea or a variation thereof for economic equality and a less stressful and healthier environment.
Would have a positive impact upon the economy and the ability to help with growing inequality in income levels and reduce stress on families.
Also eliminate many poverty programs and bureaucracies to reduce World debt and at the same time grow the economy.
