Is it really an issue to allow a person with neck tattoos into the premises not only this premises but any premises whether it be a nightclub restaurant or casino.
This code that these Premises make is that everyone that has a neck / face tattoos or any other tattoos are all GANG RELATED. Of course this is not a correct statement.
These premises have made these decisions based on what information? There is no legal legislation stating they cannot allow a person on to there premises just because they have a neck/face tattoo or any other for that matter.
Not all neck & face tattoos are gang related the issue is not only that people cannot get into these premises but they are turning away customers.
We, the undersigned, call on the bended elbow / one nightclub to remove their No neck or face tattoos, that are not gang related tattoos, from their door policy.
Stop turning away customers who are entering the premises to have a good time.
