Background (Preamble):
Restoring the rights of the people.
Petition:
Section 1. No privatization of congressional powers.
Section 2. The Congress shall order the Bureau of Engraving and printing United Sates Department of the Treasury, to maintain currency for the Congressional Budget.
Section 3. The Congress shall establish Banks to extend interest-free loans, with no charge or fee to United Sates citizens. Others shall be charged interest and fees.
Section 4. The Congress shall establish public view forums for candidates to any office of public trust under the United States. No private person shall be contributory.
Section 5. The Congress shall establish Hospitals, and extend medical and optical and psychiatric and dentistry services and medication to the public without compensation.
Section 6. The sixteenth article of amendment to the constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 7. The Congress and its Senators and Representatives and the members of all the state legislatures and executive and judicial officers,both of the United States and all of the states shall not keep secrets from United States citizens.
Section 8. The Senators and Representatives and the members of all the state legislatures and executive and judicial officers,both of the United States and all of the states bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution. Shall not make or enforce any law contrary to this Constitution.Said shall be impeached.
If found guilty a sentence of twenty years incarceration and may not hold any position of public trust thereafter.
Section 9. The judges of the Supreme Court shall have a term of four years and shall not be appointed more than twice.
