All though we appreciate the board of directors service to the community, it is important that the community have term limits to prevent any board member from serving on the board in perpetuity.
The community needs new ideas, and improved oversight and standards of service, and having turn over on the board of directors will advance both.
We, the undersigned membership of the Towers of Key Biscayne, call upon the Board of Directors of the Towers of Key Biscayne, Key Biscayne, FL to pass an amendment to the by-law's incorporating term limits of two terms for any member of the Board of Director's who runs opposed.
For example, at this time the community has two year terms, thus the maximum that a member of the Board of Directors can serve is four years.
