Termination or non-renewal of lease

This is an official complaint against Ms. Codelle who resides in #207 of 50 Arthur Road Martinez, Ca. 94553. Ms. Codelle has consistantly harrassed, intimidated, offended, and made false accusations about other tenants to management. On December 30, 2006 Ms. Codelle was sweeping all the dirt from her doorway and hallway into #209 front door. When Ms. Codelle was confronted about the matter, she yelled "don't come back!"and slammed the door.

In July of 2006, Ms. Codelle made a false complaint the Mr. Rick in #206 and a former manager named Jenny was breaking into and vandalizing cars on the property. Our children are feeling the repercussions of all the issues that take place. Our children have complained and feel threatened by Ms. Codelle. They say she makes rude comments aloud to her children to stay away from them. They would also say "hello" to Ms. Codelle and she would completely ignore them. Ms. Codelle has made false complaints on 1/26/07 stating #209's pet was barking loudly, and owner of pet did not clean up feces after pet defecated. On 1/31/07, at 7:45 a.m. Ms. Codelle almost stepped on #209's pet. She did not aknowledge what she had done. When she was confronted about what just happened, she yelled "shut your mouth!" Her children were present, and #209 children over heard her yelling and was frightened.

We feel immediate action of non renewal of lease and/or termination is absolutely necessary. We, the Tenants, of 50 Arthur Road are all extremely family oriented and strive for peace and harmony in our community. Ms. Codelle is lacking community etiquette, she continues to be disruptive, and makes us all very uncomfortable. We all are requesting this this ongoing issue finally come to a stop.
