Subsidize the treatment of bedbug infestations and send Pest Control services to treat this problem

My agenda is for the City of Hamilton to make changes to Property Standards By-Law No. 10-221 and subsidize the treatment of bedbug infestations and send Pest Control services to treat this problem. No one individually can afford this unless they are upper middle class, or super rich.

City Hall says that my landlord is required by law to shell out $300 or more of money he does not have. He does not deserve to be bullied out of his own money over something that's not his fault.

Bedbugs destroy homes, and lives and City Hall does nothing to tenants of apartments are left to suffer silently.
