We sign this petition against the Telstra wireless and broadband services within the Albury and surrounding areas. There are several black spots in the local and surrounding areas of Albury.
It is impossible for some residents to obtain mobile and internet service in their towns, residences and surrounding areas.
We feel that there are large amounts of money being paid in purchasing top quality phones including plans and our needs are not being met! There are several businesses that are troubled by this inconvenience as well as several families and individuals.
We feel that you do have the means to act on these issues and we would like for you to address them as soon as possible. I am personally effected all the time as I am unable to be contacted for employment opportunities and I was on a few occasions stranded on the side of the road from Albury to Lockhart because I had NO service.
This has been a problem for a very long time and we believe that our quality customer service is not being met.
Telstra needs to improve their quality of service for all mobile and broadband users in the Albury area.
