On Tuesday 18th August 2015, I was kicked off the bus for having an anxiety attack .
On the 550 route, inbound from Springwood Bus Station. The driver's excuse was that 'he couldn't stay here all day', 'he had a schedule to stick to' , ' he had other passengers to pick up' and also told me to get up. He also said all of this was 'on camera'. Like it was my fault.
He also radioed into the service operator to make a complaint about me whilst I was in mid attack defending myself. When I was at my most vunerable.
I collapsed to the ground at Grand Plaza Bus Station where I was unable to breathe and the paramedics were called by a bystander.
And this bus driver just stood there laughing at me . Him and two other passengers .
I contacted Translink to make an official complaint , and I was told he would undertake ' applicable training'.
And the next day, he was working . After I confirmed with the depot manager that this driver was interviewed , and the incident was under investigation.
And this driver verbally harassed my mother and forced her off the bus without the use of a ramp due to her low mobility . Told her she didn't need it. He also grabbed her walker.
I had another anxiety attack soon after because of that drivers actions and
I have suffered mental anguish for nearly three days , I have bruises , a sore neck and sore shoulders from collapsing instead of being able to sit and ride out my anxiety attack in quiet on the bus.
This driver failed protocol by not putting the bus out of service and not phoning for an ambulance .
We the undersigned, call for all Logan Bus Drivers who are being investigated to be immediatley suspended. To stress my point, this is Rebecca Pullen's story.

Please sign this petition to stop this driver from working and future drivers from working whilst under investigation. To prevent similar secondary incidents to the public. What happens if it is a more serious incident ? Would they be responsible for a serious accident or even a death from a driver who should not be on the road?
