Background (Preamble):
2010 budget is to be voted (4.9millions usd) and less than 2 per cent for education. That is to say no improvement is expected in this field, several other teachers will give up teaching, thousands of other children are joining the streets.
Members of Parliament should do something to avoid this situation.

We, the undersigned, call on the members of DR Congo Parliament to give more consideration to the education sector in the 2010 budget.
