To change the limit of cosmetology/beauty schools allowed in a region. State board was sued to remove the limit on number of schools allowed within a region. Now the lobbyists are fighting the awarded right of Jeanetta Thornbury to open the school in Paintsville, Kentucky
We, the undersigned, call on the Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology to adhere to the court's decision to allow the limit of schools to be removed. That Jeanetta Thornbury has the right to open a much needed cosmetology school in Eastern Kentucky.
