Children are born to mother and father, fathers are neglected by the courts and society.
Mothers revenge their anger through the children, children are the innocent victims of badly behaved adults.
Fathers have rights too, fathers have feelings, fathers can nurture, guide, love and care for their children too.
Children have the rights to have their fathers in their life! It`s not the decision of one parent but a right of the child, children do not divorce their parents, daughters need their fathers, sons need their fathers.
Children are not a weapon to be used to hurt the partner, children are a precious blessing and deserve happiness, containment, unconditional love and care and do not deserve the punishment of not having their loving father`s in their life.
Any mother that thinks this way is a very cruel mother indeed, any mother that steal the love of a father from her child`s life should be behind bars and the same for father`s, don`t damage your children, let them be children and let them believe that they are loved by mother and father.
Parental alienation is a crime, it should be punished!
A mother or a father that makes false allegations against the children`s father or mother should be punished by law. A mother or a father who is guilty of parental alienation causes damage to the child/children, IT MUST BE STOPPED. It`s not about the parents, it`s about the child or children, the innocent and precious victims in the game of life.
Children pay the bill for failing to understand and comply that , being married means responsibility between the couple , having children the story changes now it is not the couple's choice to be good or bad , they have to be good and make sacrifice for the sake of their children ... stop human chauvinism and understand you have a duty towards your children.
A duty towards your children does not mean that you have to live together, but it means allowing your children to be loved by their fathers equally, allowing the father`s to be an active part in their children life.
MOTHER, you have NO RIGHT to deny your children the LOVE of their father.
We, the undersigned, call on the Hague Convention to end all discriminative legislation that negatively impacts against fathers and their children.
Make Family law safe, fair, just and inclusive of fathers and their children. To review and reform current legislation and Family Law Act (esp."child's right to know both parents" and "Shared parental responsibility/Shared Parenting Time") and it's negative impact on fathers and their children.
Review and reform both Compulsory Roundtable Dispute Management mediation (RDM) and Relationship Centres and it's negative impact on fathers and children as a result of it's process and outcome.
There is maybe millions of children in the world right now, that think they have being abandoned by their fathers, simply because of the wrong decision of their mother.
There is millions of father that are desperate to see and love their children, and yet society does nothing, did you have your father in your life? Did he protect and love you?
Please support this petition, too much pain and suffering is caused by irrational adults that abduct their children thinking that they are doing the right thing, sadly they are not, those precious children deserve the right to put their arms around their daddy`s neck and dance around and be told " I LOVE YOU BABY".
Child abduction, Parental alienation, are serious and real cancers of our society, we have a voice, those children haven`t.
