Did you know that the average sex offender (child molester) only gets probation for a first time offense? Sometimes they don't even get that. The average zip code has 200 to 300 registered sex offenders. That's not counting the ones who haven't got caught, or the law just pretended it never Happened, like a lot of small towns do. An example of injustice: I forgot to pay a traffic ticket and it turned into a warrant.
I did more time in jail (2 hours) for not wearing my seat belt than a first offence child molester. TELL ME PEOPLE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS?
We MUST take a stand for our children's sake. Demand justice. The only way is for us to take action now and say that our children have rights. Stiffer punishments for those who take the innocence from our children.
We, the undersigned, call on the United States Of America, to bring in affect that the minimum punishment for a first time sex offender receive no less than ten years imprisonment.
