Lidl has acquired the Riverdene Business Park, Molesey Road, KT12 4RG.
In due course we will be submitting a planning application to demolish and build a mixed use development incorporating:
- Lidl discount food store with a 1,421m² sales area and 90 customer parking spaces, and;
- 38 residential apartments above the store at first and second floor level with associated car parking.
The mixed use development will provide a greater shopping choice to local residents, create up to 40 new local employment opportunities and bring forward new housing in the Hersham area.
